Vice Defense Minister Shin Beom-chul meets with Ghana's Defense Minister

—Discussion of national military and defense industrial cooperation and the prospect of hosting the 2030 Busan World Expo—

On November 22nd (Tuesday), Vice Minister of National Defense Shin Beom-chul met with Ghanaian Defense Minister Dominic Nitiwul, who was in Korea to attend the Korea-Africa Defense Cooperation Conference at the Ministry of National Defense, to discuss national defense and defense industrial exchanges and cooperation between the two countries.

Regarding the attendance of Deputy Defense Minister Kofi Amankwa-Manu at the Seoul Defense Dialogue (SDD) in September, Vice Minister Shin assessed that cooperation between the two countries has progressed, and suggested that the two countries continue to cooperate in areas such as human exchanges, peacekeeping operations, and defense industry.
