Defense Minister Han Min-koo is shaking hands with the representative for foreign affairs and security policy for the EU, Federica Mogherini, at the MND office building on May 4. It is her first visit to Korea after her inauguration in November of last year. They discussed promotion plans for security cooperation between Korea and the EU.
