The 2nd Operations Command had a discussion for the development of combined rear area operations with U.S. forces, Korea, on April 23. Major General Park Han-ki, the Korean chief of staff, and Major General Dillon, the U.S. vice chief of staff, co-organized the discussion, and approximately 50 working staff attended to verify the range of responsibility and authority for the performance of combined operations, and constructed the foundation for Korea-U.S. joint regulations.
