Defense minister meets with US secretary of the navy

On the morning of October 28, Minister of National Defense Suh Wook met with visiting United States (US) Secretary of the Navy Carlos Del Toro in Seoul, and the two exchanged opinions on the security situation in the region including the Korean Peninsula, the ROK-US bilateral alliance, and ways to improve cooperation between the naval forces of the two countries. 

Congratulating Secretary Del Toro for his inauguration on August 9, Suh expressed his thanks to the US once again for its dedicated support of Operation Miracle.
