Defense Minister Suh Wook checks COVID-19 posture at the War Memorial of Korea and the Defense Convention Center, military multi-use facilities

This afternoon (July 8), Defense Minister Suh Wook paid a visit to the War Memorial of Korea and the Defense Convention Center within the Ministry of National Defense, both of which are military multi-use facilities, and thoroughly checked the COVID-19 safety measures.

During his field inspection, Minister Suh said, “During the summer vacation season, military multi-use facilities which are frequented by civilians are fully equipped with quarantine controls and measures, and their staff must strictly comply with the basic COVID guidelines, such as wearing masks inside and outside and taking screening tests when any symptoms appear.”
