What is “Defense Innovation 4.0” ?

Defense Innovation 4.0 aims to foster a strong military with competitive edge based on AI S&T, using 4IR S&T by innovating following: a) capability to counter North Korean nuclear weapons and missiles, b) military strategy and concept of operations (CONOPS), c) high-tech core forces, d) military structure and education & training, and e) defense R&D and force augmentation systems
